ROLINC Staffing Hits the Mark with a NEW RECRUITER! Welcome Katie!

ROLINC is excited to announce our Aurora team is growing AGAIN! Welcome Katie to the team! She already comes to us with some great recruiting experience.

Katie previously has recruited for the tech industry. She loves recruiting because of the ability to touch people’s lives by helping them find their livelihood; she’s very excited to take her skills and dive into an industry that’s brand new to her! Katie loves to learn and challenge herself – and we’ve already got her learning tons about the skilled trades industry!

We asked Katie some fun questions to get to know her a little better!

Who is your biggest inspiration? 

“Both of my great grandmothers inspire me the most. My dad’s grandma lived to 99, and my mom’s grandma lived to 106. Both were very strong, stubborn, and totally awesome. They lived through some of the hardest times and came out stronger. We have pictures of both riding motorcycles in their 60s/70s.”

Who’s your favorite band? 

“Favorite band Led Zepplin, I love classic rock and classical music”

Favorite guilty pleasure? 

“Binge watching Jersey Shore over and over..”

What are your favorite hobbies or past-times?  

“I like to paint, stay active, and rip around on my dirt bike. My husband and I are huge baseball fans, so we’re always watching and going to games. Hoping to get to all 30 ballparks!!”

Do you have any pets? 

“I have two puppers! Both are husky mixes, Archie and Sam.”
