Company History
ROLINC Staffing, LLC was founded in 1993 in Englewood, CO, as a firm ahead of its time trying to connect businesses with qualified candidates through an exclusive online network – Resumes On-Line, Inc. (ROLINC). In 1993, we transitioned away from the online database model (then dominated by Monster and CareerBuilder). Instead, we focused on becoming a niche staffing firm starting in telecommunications and later adding skilled trades, construction trades and industrial services. Our core competencies are still held in these industries today.
As we’ve grown, our geographic reach has expanded, and we’re proud to provide skilled trades, manufacturing, and construction trades staffing services in Aurora, Englewood, Castle Rock, Longmont, and Fort Collins, CO. We also serve clients and candidates in Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
