I have called her picking her brain about job orders, better ways to talk to my clients, sourcing, and so much more. Also, she will answer the phone at LITERALLY any time of the day or night.

I have really appreciated getting to hear how she establishes relationships, solves conflicts, and spoils her clients with her presence. “Rachel is always willing to step up and help anyone and everyone at any time of the day. For me, she has walked me through every single little detail of my insurance options (I’m new to insurance). Not only did she explain every plan we had, but she even broke down my many options of payment types since I was joining at a weird time.

“I would LOVE to nominate Jade for Employee of the Quarter. I had a candidate come in to the Aurora Office this morning at 7:45 am instead of 8:45 am which led to a very frustrated individual who had to wait for someone to arrive. Jade saved the day and managed to calm my candidate down, learn about his cats, and completely turn his mood around when things could have very easily gone poorly after the misunderstanding around when he was supposed to arrive.

“I would like to nominate Stehan for employee of the quarter! I asked Stehan if he could help me explain what a process technician was to my team. He not only carved out time for an explanation for NOCO overs TEAMS, he also had a diagram he created online and questions prepared as well to help ensure we fully understood the role.
“This was tremendously helpful for my team, and I can’t thank Stehan enough for making time in his busy schedule to help our NOCO team out with understanding a complex new role we are working on for WP!”
