Bob founded Resumes: On-Line, Inc. in 1993, utilizing a very forward-thinking resume database function that soon turned into a true staffing company. A client asked Bob to find him a candidate rather than a resume – and the rest is history!
With nearly 30 years in staffing, Bob’s passion lies in business development and taking care of our client partners. He is also an integral part of the staffing industry. Bob previously served as president of the Colorado Staffing Association, where he provided lobbying on Capitol Hill to ensure staffing is understood by lawmakers (which he still does today), strong resources to local staffing companies, and the much-needed restoration of an association that is still in play today.
Bob is responsible for the overall growth and success of ROLINC Staffing, LLC, and has been a strong businessman and leader to our team since day one. Outside of ROLINC, Bob’s favorite movie is American Graffiti, he loves anything to do with steam locomotives (including operating them!), and is the proud owner of several goldfish in his backyard pond.

Adrian joined the ROLINC team in 2009 to launch the Skilled Trades Division, which today holds a large share of our core business. He was brand new to the staffing scene but brought an extensive LEAN manufacturing background to understand every facet of a client’s business and find the best skilled talent for their needs. Through Adrian’s leadership, our market share in the Skilled Trades industry has grown exponentially along the Front Range manufacturing and construction scene.
In 2016, Adrian became ROLINC’s COO and, in 2020, holds partial ownership of ROLINC Staffing, LLC. Adrian is also President of the Colorado Staffing Association and is leading the charge in modernizing the organization.
Adrian’s responsibilities lie in operations management, strategic planning, business development, financial oversight and the continuous development of staff. But on top of all that, he is on the front lines with our recruiting team, sourcing and calling candidates and building lasting relationships with potential client partners.
Adrian’s passion for the opportunity to change lives for the better, contribute to the Colorado economy, connect with such varied individuals, and see individuals with amazing “soft skills” and character qualities, who also don’t have experience in recruiting, grow in their craft here at ROLINC Staffing is what fuels him every day. But his ultimate goal is to build partnerships with some of the best contractors, manufacturers, and industrial service providers and help improve their quality of life by assisting them in filling their greatest need – FINDING and RETAINING the best talent the market has to offer.
In addition to his dedication to ROLINC, Adrian is also a pastor at a local Baptist church in Aurora, CO, has a wonderfully supportive wife, three talented daughters and two fantastic, recently adopted sons – and a slew of hobby farm animals, including chickens, goats, horses, rabbits, cats and dogs.

Lilly joined the ROLINC team in 2004, bringing her financial and business background. She oversees various company operations and the accounting side of our organization.
Mindi Romero, CSP
Mindi brings incredible value to the ROLINC Staffing, LLC team! She had been managing, hiring and interviewing employees for over 10 years prior to ROLINC, and that experience gave her the confidence to quickly join the staffing world with gusto.
Mindi previously operated a day/health spa for five years and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years. She still runs a small business out of her home offering detox wraps and massage therapy for long-standing clients.
