Learn more about what the team had to say about Hannah as a team member:

“Hannah, it’s no surprise that you are the winner of this quarter’s Employee Appreciation Award.  You have such a calm and collected presence that you bring wherever you go, and while we don’t work in the same office space daily, in every single interaction we have, one of the things that stands out to me is how amazing of a listener you are. You are fully present with whoever is in the room, and with whatever is going on around you.  I firmly believe this is one of the reasons that your manager, Lauren, mentioned in her nomination how much she enjoys seeing you grow as a recruiter.  Your growth as a recruiter is directly correlated with your ability to listen well, be present, genuinely express empathy for others, and at the same time, have a great sense of humor.  They say in recruiting that a sense of humor will keep you, not only laughing, but alive! 😉  There is no doubt that among the qualities you bring, your mental strength, and ability to see things to their end is just another one of them. Thank you, Hannah, for embodying our ROLINC values, and living them out each day here.  Congratulations on this award that reminds us all what our team is truly all about!” – Adrian Dominguez, CEO

“Hannah is such a fabulous co-worker; she responds quickly to any questions I may have and takes on any screenings I pass on to her with no complaints. She also cracks me up daily 😉”

– Katelynn Hartman

“I would love to nominate Hannah Eischens for Employee of the Quarter! Hannah prioritizes getting the job done. She understands that this requires different things of her each day, and regardless of what she needs to do, she gets it done! I absolutely love getting to work with her and watching her grow as a recruiter.”

– Lauren Grimmer

Maia Resnick

“I would like to nominate Maia!

“It’s been awesome to see her grow into the fantastic recruiter she is today! She takes extra time to make sure her candidates and clients are well taken care of. She is super fun to work with and always has a great attitude (plus she gives private kickboxing lessons on lunchbreak). Maia is a teammate you can count on and I know all of ROLINC is so happy to have her here!!”

– Gideon Baker

Yesika Carrillo

“I would love to nominate Yesika for Employee of the Quarter! She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She wants to learn and grow and be useful to our team by any means possible. I so appreciate this in a coworker!! We are thankful for you, Yesika!”

– Lauren Grimmer

Isabella Dominguez

“I’d like to nominate Bella, She has been a tremendous help in the aurora office. She has not only helped with candidates as they walk in. But she took it upon herself to start getting rid of all the junk laying around the office and helping us to prepare for our move. She has been outstanding… always ready to help at a moment’s notice.”

– Stehan Ceronio

Stehan Ceronio

“I would like to recommend Stehan for his outstanding dedication, hard work, and consistent availability and support as my manager.”

– Logan Munsey

Lauren Grimmer

“I’d like to nominate Lauren for last quarter! Lauren played an important role in the development of my recruiting skills, and my ability to reach and surpass my goals. She helped me find confidence in my role as a recruiter. She also encourages me and reassures me when I become hard on myself if I have a ‘poor’ week or two.”

– Hannah Eischens

Logan Munsey

“Dude is flat killing it!”

– Dace Miller

“Logan recently had two employees get hired on with a client after meeting their hours. When I was informed by the client of this change, I went to check TempWorks. Not only were both assignments ended correctly, reflecting the last day of work and the proper reason of ‘Client Hired’, but there were notes for unemployment that were absolutely perfect (logged the day after the assignment ended, noted if they asked for more work, gave just enough detail, etc.). This doesn’t surprise me though because Logan cares about getting things done correctly. He isn’t afraid to call me to ask questions to make sure he does things correctly in TW, and I love that! If he ever needs to fix information in TW (which is rare) he is prompt to do so. This level of conscientiousness in all his documentation is not only best HR practice, but it is so appreciated by the back office team! Thanks for being awesome, Logan!”
