Welcome Our New Recruiting Support Coordinator: Lauressa!

We are so excited to have our new Recruiting Support Coordinator join our Aurora ROLINC team!

Meet Lauressa!

Lauressa is originally from Wyoming, and has lived all over the country before settling in Colorado.  She attended ASU for a degree in Exercise Science, minoring in Social Education.  She is passionate about traveling and helping individuals with special needs.  She has already jumped right into training and is doing amazing!  We can’t wait to see where her career takes her with ROLINC!!

We asked Lauressa a few questions to get to know her a little better! Check-out some fun facts about her:

What excites you the most about the Staffing industry?

“What excites me the most about the Staffing industry is how we get to serve people every day. Being able to help someone in distress and being a light to their day is so inspiring to me, especially when we get to add value to them.”

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

“My favorite hobby outside of work would be playing volleyball, making pottery, reading and meeting/impacting new people.”

Who is your biggest inspiration?

“My biggest inspiration is my husband, Grant. He always brings me so much joy by the way he leads our family, his silly sense of humor and by the way he loves me. I am so grateful for him as he is going to achieve great things in this life!”

What is your favorite book?

“My favorite book would have to the Go-Givers Sell More. This book as influenced my mindset around serving others and how to just be a better person.”

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

“If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would have to be tacos. I make tacos at least 2-3 times a week… my poor husband ;)”
