Our ROLINC Staffing Family has gained another Recruiting Superstar!!! We are so excited to welcome Landen to our team!
Landen is new to Recruiting, but joins us straight from the Skilled Trades Industry, as a previous Electrician! He is very excited about the Staffing Industry because it will allow him the opportunity to add value to other’s lives by finding careers that will be a good fit for them.
To get to know Landen a little better we asked him some fun questions:
If you could pick up a new skill in an instant what would it be?
“I would like to learn how to use every facet of communication”
Who is your biggest inspiration?
“My wife Ashley is my biggest inspiration”
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
“The one meal I would eat every day would have to be my dad’s tenderloins and cheesy potatoes.”
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
“The best piece of advice i’ve ever gotten was to dig my well before I am thirsty!”
What is your favorite TV show or book?
“My favorite book is the 8 attributes of great achievers”
Anything else we should know about you?
I am in pursuit of a better Landen every day. I figure if i grow 1% better every day that is 365% better every year. I love people and I love connecting, being able to help out any way I can is what I look for!
