ROLINC Internal Employee Spotlight: We Hit the Bullseye with Stehan!

Each month, ROLINC Staffing would like to give thanks to a stellar internal employee. Our team agreed that one of our newer recruiters, Stehan, deserved the honors for April!

Stehan has moved all the way from South Africa to join our team and has quite the interesting story! Coming from an automotive and mechanical background, he was able to pick up on many of our client’s industries and needed skill sets quickly. Our entire team has been amazed by how much a natural he is at recruiting; his work ethic, humbleness, and passion to help others gives him the ability to instantly connect with candidates!

Our team loves having Stehan here and learning more about him every day and we want to share that with everyone else! Read on to get to know one of our newest recruiters a little better…
