Everything You Need to Know About Working With Us
The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ comp costs and lead time for our staffing managers. ROLINC Staffing, LLC is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price. Our pricing structure is presented as an all-inclusive hourly rate based on the hours worked by our employees.
Hourly Pay Rate Structure: Pay rates are determined by your company. ROLINC does not dictate pay rates for employees to prevent undue conflict for your company. Employees receive weekly paychecks every Friday.
Hourly Bill Rate Structure: The bill rates are a percentage markup of the employee’s hourly pay rate. The bill rate includes: (1) tax payments for FICA, FUTA, SUTA and local tax; (2) insurance costs for workers’ compensation, health coverage and general liability; (3) recruiting costs including sourcing, screening, testing, ROLINC orientations, background screens, drug screens, and payroll; (4) costs related in the event of unemployment or a workers’ compensation incident; (5) and all other aforementioned services. Your company will not be billed until an employee works hours for you.
Temporary And Temp-To-Hire Placements: Temporary staff are not only short-term employees. This term is also used for employees who are not yet working permanently with a company but are planned to be in a long-term role. Many companies have a waiting period before hiring employees permanently, at which time the employer offers benefits and other incentives. The process with ROLINC is the same, though the client hires the employee permanently rather than ROLINC Staffing. Your company has the right to hire any ROLINC employee working on assignment at their organization after a specific number of ours are reached.
Early Conversion: If your company wants to hire a ROLINC employee working on assignment at their organization prior to completing an agreed-upon trial period, early conversion is an option.
Payroll Service: Should your company want to bring a new employee onto their team but run a temporary trial period to ensure they are a fit or until they meet requirements for benefits, ROLINC offers a Payroll Service. This allows an employee to be paid as if they were a ROLINC employee, where we cover all costs to employ (FICA/FUTA/SUTA taxes, Workers’ Compensation, screenings, etc.) but you can hire the employee onto your payroll at any time of your choosing. You could keep the employee on our payroll for a day or for a year, and there are no conversion fees – simply the hourly bill rate.
Direct Hire Placements: In some cases, direct hire placements are preferred due to the nature of the position and market demands. If your company wishes to directly hire a candidate, a direct hire fee of a percentage of the annual base salary through a unique invoicing structure.
New clients will be contacted by our sales team to schedule an on-site tour with the recruiting team, come up with a competitive pricing proposal, and determine how we can fit into your short- and long-term business goals. This process typically can be completed within 24-72 hours of your initial request.
Once we have gotten to know you and your company, recruitment efforts begin immediately upon receiving your requests. By understanding your employee needs, company culture and position requirements we can quickly present top candidates.
The timeframe to find a matching employee varies depending on the position. All prescreening such as drug screens, reference and background checks are typically done before you see a resume. Typically candidates will be found, qualified and sent to you for review within one to three days.
ROLINC is committed to meeting the background and drug screening needs of each individual client. ROLINC uses a full-service background screening database that provides criminal, civil, domestic, small claims and traffic offenses nationally. Motor Vehicle Records are also available if requested. We have strict background guidelines but also match your background policy to respect your company’s policies and protect all parties.
Drug Screening: Typically, ROLINC uses five-panel drug screens that test for opiates, amphetamines, methamphetamines, cocaine and marijuana. We also offer ten-panel as an option. In case of a workplace injury, our medical provider uses a five-panel drug screen as well as a breath alcohol test. ROLINC can also test at random or in case of reasonable suspicion.
E-Verify Employment Verification: E-Verify is an online government system that verifies an employee’s work eligibility. This system is also used to protect your company should the employee be hired on permanently.
Applicable Proficiency Testing And Reference Checks: ROLINC can administer appropriate testing to any candidate as specified by our clients. We can also provide detailed reference checks should they be required.
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if the person will be someone you want to hire permanently. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can hire a new employee in that role based on feedback provided.
ROLINC Staffing’s recruiting teams commit to finding not only the most qualified, but also the best candidates for your company. By touring your facility and meeting the supervisors, we can understand what personality types and skillsets you need and commit to finding the best candidates.
Furthermore, by using ROLINC’s temp-to-hire program, all hiring risks fall onto us as you have the ultimate choice of whether or not to bring an employee on board permanently after the initial temporary or probationary period.
In regards to our direct hire option, we use our professional connections and expertise built over the years to find highly qualified and technically skilled individuals for a permanent fit.
