Hiring Process

At ROLINC Staffing, we make the hiring process as simple as possible. Whether you found this page after being contacted by one of our recruiting teams or by browsing our job board postings, the next steps are the same:

Step 1:  Contact your nearest ROLINC Office to discuss potential job openings with a recruiter.

Step 2:  Search our job board, fill out our initial application, or sign up for weekly ROLINC JOBS email alerts so we can contact you during the hiring process with updates or new opportunities. This can be completed in our office or on your PC or mobile device.

Step 3:  Meet with a recruiter in person so they can get to know you and your career goals and see how they can best help you achieve them. At this time, we typically run an in-house drug screen and background check.

Step 4:  Your recruiter will give you a call as soon as they have lined up an interview for you! If our client offers you a position, you will receive an email with the remaining paperwork that needs filling out, such as the I-9, W-4 and ACA healthcare forms. The paperwork can be filled out from your computer, phone or tablet, and signed online using an E-Signature. If you do not have access to an internet-connected device, you can finish the paperwork from a computer or on paper in our office.
