Job Seeker FAQ
How soon can I start working?
ROLINC Staffing will present you to our clients as soon you have completed your initial application, completed client-specific prescreening and spoken with a recruiter. Your start date depends on each individual position and how quick the hiring process is with that particular client for that specific position.
What is involved in the application process?
Please read through our “Working With Us” page to learn more about applying.
How often should I contact your office after an interview?
A recruiter will let you know how long the hiring process will take and what the next step will be. A follow-up call will be made as soon as the interview is scheduled or if a new opportunity becomes available. If no jobs are available at the time that you came into our office, feel free to check in once a week regarding new opportunities.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?
You always have the right to turn down a position. Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have and, if you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. This will not determine future job offers and we will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences. Additionally, if you do not like a position after you start, please contact your recruiter to discuss. Fortunately, we work with great companies but we understand that every position isn’t a fit for everyone.
What do I pay for your services?
You will not pay for any of the services ROLINC Staffing provides.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
Many of our positions will be posted on our job board. We also maintain ZipRecruiter listings along with postings on several other job boards. These locations will list a portion of the jobs we have open but are not a complete listing. You can also sign up for ROLINC JOBS email alerts to receive weekly job announcements.
