Beverly Feil was the spark that dramatically changed ROLINC from a computer-based resume board to a traditional staffing firm.
I first met Bev in 1993. She provided the staffing knowledge that allowed our two-year-old company to significantly change business directions. Bev, Mark [her son] and I met many times at the Englewood Village Inn over coffee and pie to discuss how the new staffing business model would work. Having owned and operated a commercial staffing company prior to joining ROLINC, she had the expertise and leadership that was desperately needed to keep our fledgling company going.
She had grit, determination and experience in all aspects of staffing, often saying that there wasn’t an order she couldn’t fill (and there wasn’t). She did, however, eventually develop a niche in the insurance industry. Bev loved people. She once said that some people collect things, but she collects friends. Bev did not drive or use a computer, but she made up for it in a variety of other ways. She was a tenacious business person.
Nothing would stop her from picking up the phone and calling an unknown company to find out how she could help their business. Once Bev found out what they needed, she was on the phone with her Rolodex finding just the right person for her new customer (and new best friend). She also was a master at organizing fashion shows, charity silent auctions, Christmas parties and other social events that helped both the community and the relationships that bound ROLINC and our client companies together.
Bev was truly a forward-thinking business woman and the impetus that took ROLINC Staffing from nothing to a substantial Colorado company.
Vice President of Operations Lilly Banks started with ROLINC in 2004 and primarily focuses on the operations behind accounting. She also oversees human resources and workplace safety programs.
Lilly manages the accounting department to ensure the importance of paying our employees accurately and on time, as well as invoicing our customers correctly, which is oftentimes lacking at other staffing agencies. She understands that no single approach is the right one for every situation, so with her training in accounting, business management and human resources she has developed programs that help ROLINC stand out from the crowd in back-end operations.

ROLINC Staffing Founder, President and CEO Robert Bidwell was born in Columbus, Ohio, and attended Kansas State University and University of Northern Colorado, majoring in business. After graduating, Bob got into software and computer distribution, but soon found that he had a unique concept in mind – a more advanced model of connecting candidates and employers, much like job boards and search engines today.
Bob founded Resumes On-Line, Inc. in 1991 with TecSupport managing partner Mark Feil, focusing efforts on their computer-based resume job board. In 1993, Bob and Mark met with Mark’s mother Beverly, who significantly impacted ROLINC with her years of staffing experience, including having owned and operated her own commercial staffing company. Bob, Mark and Beverly worked diligently for years, growing their client base, candidate pool, volume of field employees and their internal staff to meet customers’ needs.
After 25 years in the staffing industry, Bob continues to lead the ROLINC Staffing team, ensuring his company provides strong service to great clients and excellent career assistance to job seekers.

Managing Partner Mark Feil founded Resumes On-Line, Inc. with Bob Bidwell in 1991 and helped the company become what it is today through strong relationship building and listening to his clients’ specific technician needs. He currently manages ROLINC’s sister company ROLINC TecSupport, which focuses on telecommunications and structured cabling in the Denver area.
Mark’s resume includes staffing for Coors Field structured cabling among other large projects. With Mark’s support on the staffing side, several of his customers have grown exponentially over the years, including a 2003 start-up that has since been ranked a Top 250 Private Company by CoBiz Magazine for several consecutive years. ROLINC TecSupport has become Denver’s leading structured cabling staffing provider.
Industrial Trades Division Manager Matthew Trudell has been with ROLINC since early 2016. Prior, Matt started his career by working in logistics for the transportation industry. Quickly learning the ins and outs of the industry, he earned more responsibilities from tracking shipments and coordinating moves to keeping track of rental properties and vehicles, handling tech support and more. Matthew has also been the business manager of a successful photography company in Denver.
At ROLINC, Matthew was hired to fulfill the recruiter role. He quickly used his strong abilities in relationship building to listen to the needs of both clients and job seekers. Matthew was promoted into the division manager role, focusing on growing his division through client communication while still recruiting.

Chief Operating Officer Adrian Dominguez was born in Berlin, Germany, when his father was stationed there. But since he was raised in Colorado Springs, Adrian has always called Colorado home. He attended Pensacola Bible Institute, studying theology to one day become a pastor. Prior to working with ROLINC, his career history includes regional management for both a health revenue cycle improvement organization and a LEAN manufacturing organization.
The latter position was where Adrian gained his substantial knowledge of all things manufacturing. This gave him the wealth of information needed to launch ROLINC’s Skilled Trades Division. Adrian’s new division was very successful, allowing the company to fill previously unknown skilled positions within manufacturing due to his extensive niche knowledge and client communication.
In 2014, Adrian became ROLINC’s regional sales manager. Now as the Chief Operating Officer for ROLINC since late 2016, Adrian oversees operations of all departments while still having a direct effect on client development for our Front Range region and training our growing sales staff and recruiting teams.
I work best when…I have coffee and time to think, read and work out prior to getting to work in the morning.
People think I look like…Freddie Prinze, Jr. (I hate to admit this, but it has been mentioned many times here at ROLINC Staffing).
In my spare time…I pastor a church, farm alfalfa crop, tend to farm chores, ride horses, and spend time with my beautiful wife and three daughters – we love to be outdoors and explore!

When I was young, I wanted to grow up to be…Either pursue a career as a military physician or a pastor.
Though born in Pennsylvania, Sebastian grew up in Boulder, CO. He studied two years of physics at CU Boulder before transferring to Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, where he graduated with an economics degree. He returned to Colorado and worked in positions at both the Denver Sailing Center and College Works Painting, gaining experience recruiting and managing projects.. In January 2015, Sebastian began his career at ROLINC Staffing in a recruiter position. He worked closely with the Skilled Trades Division manager to understand exactly what their clients were needing and how to match that with the right job seekers for a rewarding career.
Sebastian gained extensive knowledge in manufacturing, specifically machining, welding and production management, and was promoted to Skilled Trades Division Manager. In this role, he gets to opportunity to focus more on client communication, though he still works directly with candidates daily. He has also helped the company take big strides with technology. He created an e-application that interfaces directly with our custom staffing software (eliminating a lot of time and effort for both candidates and internal staff), upgraded ROLINC’s phone system and more.
