| ROLINC Staffing was originally founded in 1991 as Resumes: On-Line in Aurora, Colorado. The original goal of the firm was to provide an on-line database of resumes and job listings for both the job seeker and the employer. While the concept was a good one (think Monster and Hotjobs.com) the market wasn’t ready for such technology. The Internet wasn’t universally available and many candidates were reluctant to use such new technology. In 1993, the focus of the firm was changed to providing traditional staffing services. The firm moved to Englewood, Colorado and the company name was changed to ROLINC Staffing. In 1998 demand for our services in Arizona was too strong to resist, so an office was opened in Phoenix. In 2000, another office opened in the Seattle, Washington suburb of Fife. Career 2000, an Aurora, Colorado based staffing service was purchased and merged with the rest of the firm in 2002. In 1998, 1999 and 2000, ROLINC Staffing was named as one of the fastest growing privately owned firms in Colorado. |
