Recruiter Erica Earned a Trip on ROLINC After Reaching Her Quarterly Goal!

Erica G., a ROLINC recruiter in our Aurora branch, was awarded with a trip and dining gift card for reaching her goal for the 4th quarter of 2016.  

Way to go, Erica!

She is a rock-star recruiter who handles dozens of phone calls each hour and meets with more candidates in person than any other individual in the office. Needless to say, she wishes she had more time to get everything done in a day!

Erica has been with ROLINC since April 2016 and is an incredible part of the team – we are all proud to work with her!

Her success stems from not only her amazing work ethic but her communication style with candidates. She treats them like family, is always open and honest with them, and keeps them in the loop on her job search for them. Erica also takes individual time with each candidate to understand their needs and ensure the position she offers would be a strong, long-term fit for their career.

The quarterly goal trip is awarded to any staff member in the recruiting divisions that meet their quarterly goal. It includes a one-night stay at a hotel and a dining gift card. Erica and a guest stayed at the Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs.
