Sarah joined the ROLINC Staffing Aurora office last week as our newest Recruiter-in-Training, and we are so glad she is a part of our team! She’s a positive spirit and a joy to be around all week. We know that there are great adventures ahead for her in staffing.
When we asked Sarah what she’s liked most so far about working at ROLINC, she mentioned how much she enjoys working with people and helping our candidates every day.

Life Before ROLINC
Sarah was previously working at a Lakewood veterinary clinic, pursuing her passion of helping both people and their pets. She loved the commitment and support she provided to the community in that role and is looking to make an even bigger impact with ROLINC.
A few things to know about Sarah:
She’s a Midwest girl, originally from Wisconsin (who doesn’t love cheese?!).
Her favorite color is pink.
She is an avid reader who most enjoys historical fiction.
She’s a GREAT listener, which is everything in staffing, and loves to learn.
In her new position as Recruiter-in-Training, Sarah will be gaining the skills to find exactly what our candidates are looking for in their career and who are clients are needing to best fill their positions.
